Cancellation Policy

Because of the front loaded costs associated with the event management business we do not offer cash refunds. However, as we are all athletes, we do understand things come up that prohibit us from making our personal, highly anticipated, yearly race schedule.

We have created a two year event fee credit policy to be as accommodating as possible. If you notify us prior to 7 days of the event start, we will issue you a Threshold Racing event credit good for two years from the event date. For example, if you sign up for a Triathlon, you are welcome to use the entry to any other Threshold Racing Triathlon in the next two calendar years. If you sign up for a Splash and Dash event, you will be given a credit to a Splash and Dash event.
