Threshold Multi-Sport Fitness Competition

Competition Description
Each athlete will have to complete the following, in order, stopping when necessary against the clock. ( Top times will be sub 30 minutes for men, and sub 34 minutes for women)
February 27th workout
3 rounds
1000 Meter Row
20 x Single arm kettle bell snatch (Men 25 lbs, Women 12lbs, 10 each arm)
3 rounds
3000 meter ride(the ride is on a stationary Wattbike, provided by our sponsor Wattbike.com)
20 Burpees
3 rounds
~800 Meter run
30 squats with a bar on your back, hip must go below knee level (Men 45lbs bar, women 25lbs bar)
June 26th workout
4 rounds
20 Push Press > 20 Kettle Bell Swing > 20 Bar Squats
(Push Press M 45lbs bar, W 25lbs bar, Kettle Bell Swing M 45lbs, W 16lbs)
3 rounds
3000 Meter Ride > 800 Yard Run (the ride is on a stationary Wattbike, provided by our sponsor Wattbike.com)
Finisher
30 Burpees
